![]() Okay, that's a lot more clear than the original question. It was in the box with card (I have Extreme Video HD and earlier Extreme Pro 45MB/s) SanDisk gives you key for one year of their own recovery program. You may then be able to format the card and carry on as normal. Plenty of advice elsewhere on Flickr about that, I forget what I used when it happened to me. If the card is corrupted you can download free software to retrieve the lost files. Could try directly from the camera to the computer maybe. ![]() Is there some kind of prep work for a new card? It seems like at least the recorded ones on the card could be communicated to the computer somehow. Inserting the card into the computer its says, "No Photos Found", even the images that show up on the camera. Upon playing back only 30 are there and the rest say, "Cannot Playback Image " with a large question mark. I just took like 60 photos on a new 32GB card by Sandisk. I think I know what his question was after doing a search for the same problem. What kind of image are you trying to play back in the camera? Has it been edited by your computer first? ![]() Do you mean the camera is displaying a message "Format card"? "Reading format card not sure if that helps" Reading format card not sure if that helps Reading never have this trouble with Sandisk I use Sandisk and I have this trouble on two cards. ![]()
